All shipments must be coordinated with the Marina Bay Sands Mail Centre to ensure your items are accepted and delivered straight to your booth upon arrival.
Shipments should be scheduled to arrive no earlier Monday, November 3.

Where to Find Your Boxes
You must stop by the Business & Mail Center at Marina Bay Convention Center once onsite to let them know when you're ready for your delivery on Monday, November 10. The above pricing includes delivery to your meeting suite.

Return Shipments
If you wish to ship back anything, please visit the Business & Mail Center. They can assist you with all return shipments and packaging.
Please note: Failure to follow these directions will result in your packages not being delivered to your booth. Any items that need to be returned are the responsibility of the sponsor. This includes any undistributed giveaways, marketing materials or branding items. Any items left behind on Wednesday, November 12 will be discarded.
